Al-Barhi and Al-Mujdul
Dates is the fruit of date palm trees and is one of the fruits famous for its high nutritional value, a summer fruit spread in the Arab world. The embryo takes an oval shape and varies from 20 to 60 mm in length and 8 to 30 mm in diameter. The mature fruit consists of a solid nucleus surrounded by a papyrus called katmir that separates the nucleus from the meat section that is eaten.
